Paroeh Waktoe was formed in late 2009 by collective part timers from various backgrounds with a love for music especially Jazz. These talented Jazz lovers consists of  Margaretha Quina (lead vocal/environmental lawyer), Pandji Putranda (piano and keys/film critique), Yohanes Mbasa (flute and SAT saxophone/sound engineer), and Marcellinus Indra (percs and drums/video journalist). The band independently released their 1st album in early 2012, entitled Imaginarium of Midnight Sound. Paroeh Waktoe has played in many events and Jazz festivals to good reception. Watch Paroeh Waktoe perform live at Motion Blue Jakarta on April 7th and April 9th, 2016.
